:: COREY ANDREW:: COREY ANDREW has made it his trademark to deliver some of the biggest vocal club bangers in recent years. As one of the most sought after vocalists and songwriters on the EDM scene, the Grammy voting member and BMI songwriter scored a Billboard Breakout hit, “Dance Floor Emergency” - with veteran producer and remixer, Eddie Amador (Madonna, Seal, Jason Derulo), as well as soaring all the way to #1 at Beatport with his massive remake of Marshall Jefferson's "Move Your Body" (Produced by Peter Brown AKA The Grower & with remixes by Jesse Garcia In just a few short years, Corey’s discography has emerged as a who’s who of EDM royalty including hit tracks with producers Da Hool, Eddie Thoneick, Denis The Menace & Big World, Noir, DJ Exacta, Jesse Garcia, Mike la Funk and more.  And the list of top cats who have remixed Corey’s tracks is equally as impressive; inclusive of Jerry Ropero, Hex Hector, Richard Grey, Muzzaik, David Penn, the list goes on. To date Corey Andrew’s operates as an artist and a media brand. His tracks have been licensed to special marketing projects for iconic fashion brand Fendi, legendary Jimmy Z's luxury night Club in Monaco, Buddha Bar and over 100 successful dance music compilations from top labels such as Sony, EMI, Kontor, Hed Kandi, Ministry of Sound, Housesessions, Milk & Sugar and more.  Such accomplishments and exposure helped to create a buzz that drew the attention of Holland’s Cloud 9 Music Publishing – a division of the mega music brand Armada Music. Corey signed a co-publishing admin deal with Cloud 9 in 2009 joining a stellar roster that includes superstars such as Markus Schultz, Armin Van Buuren and Kaskade. With Corey’s own star rising, he was soon presented with the opportunity to write for other artists – something he is as equally passionate about.  A few highlights from his songwriting credits include lyrics for top international clients such as Latvian pop princess, Ella (Universal Records), DeLuka & Lydianne (Suka Records), Monte Carlo based mega club Jimmy’z) and he scored his first certified gold record credit for his lyrics on “Alone in the crowd”.  The song was co-written with the Italian based songwriting team Gabesco Music and recorded by Belgian Idol winner Natalia for her 2013 album Overdrive (Universal Records Belgium). In 2014, Corey’s song “It’s Gonna be Alright” (co-written with the Gabesco writing team) was licensed for an episode of the CBS daytime hit soap opera, The Young & The Restless. Corey’s belief in living your best life and following your passions has gained him substantial experiences as a musician, actor, comedian and copywriter (Sony/BMG, Music Choice, L'Oreal), so its no surprise that in recent years Corey Andrew began to explore yet another passion – Djing, and quickly landed his first on-air mix show at PNN Radio FM. The Palm Springs based station provided a perfect platform for Corey to showcase his love eclectic blending of progressive house gems, classic club favorites and his own massive club hits. In addition to Corey’s musical accomplishments, he’s the writer of a fun, pop culture column titled, “Corey’s Corner” featured in the popular Fit Figures Magazine and he hosts a video blog, “The Core Factor TV”. As a media personality Corey maintains a rewarding relationship with Klout as one of their most active social media influencers and he is currently featured in a digital ad campaign for the iconic cereal brand, Cheerios. The project emerged through an opportunity that presented itself through the Klout Tastemaker program. In 2014 Corey Andrew was invited by Lithium Technologies to be a guest speaker in its lineup at the prestigious Advertising Week in New York City. The highly anticipated panel titled, “Turn the World into Your Publisher,” will feature Adweek’s Garett Sloane as moderator with additional panelists, hip hop DJ/musician and digital guru Funk Flex, founder of Klout Joe Fernandez, with COO and partner of United Entertainment Group (UEG) David Caruso. www.coreyandrew.com www.facebook.com/coreyandrew www.twitter.com/coreyandrew www.reverbnation.com/coreyandrewnyc www.thecorefactor.com www.youtube.com/thecorefactortv www.thecorefactor.blogspot.com www.klout.com/coreyandrew
